Stayed at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport In‑Terminal Hotel itself: outstanding, beautiful rooms, excellent service, and unbeatable convenience. I would absolutely stay at the Fairmont again. However, my experience with HotelsONE was extremely disappointing and concerning. HotelsONE presents themselves in a way that makes it seem like you are booking directly with the Fairmont Hotel, but they are not the hotel - they are a third‑party booking company. When calling, they answer the phone, “Reservations” without clearly disclosing that they are a third party, which I felt was very misleading. When you book through HotelsONE, you are immediately placed into a non‑refundable room and rate. They may offer a hotel credit for a future stay equal to the reservation value but I could not accept this, as it would lock me further into dealing with them and perpetuates the misrepresentation issue. My advice: Ensure you are speaking with the actual hotel you think you are staying at directly. You’ll get clearer information, better transparency, and in my case, a better room rate - without the risk of being trapped in a non‑refundable third‑party booking.

Not a single complaint. The rooms are spacious and the beds luxurious. The showers are top notch. The pastries are a great touch and last time we had breakfast burritos that were amazing! We've stayed here twice a year for the last 3 or 4 years and I'll keep coming back!
