What a load of crap cheap shitty hand held hoover which is made in china you can get it off Temu for£7 these people making up the reviews obviously haven’t bought one were being ripped off with this cheap crap workmanship from china steer clear you been warned !!!

AVOID... this outfit at all costs. Another one of these foreign so called sellers with no returns policy and you're stuck with it.

Worst company and customer service. Please note the city requires a permit for alarm systems and they don't educate you about this even though they are legally obligated to. They claim they send an email AFTER YOU PURCHASE ( extremely shady shit to do it after fyi) That being said you never seem to receive the email and the city permit department told me they are notorious for this. The customer service is horrible and non existent. DO NOT USE THEM

Useless staff. We purchased a strimmer and one of the staff members fitted the strimmer cable. He did it so badly that it broke on the first use and after fitting it he couldn’t even be bothered to put it back in the box. I’ve tried to call the complaint line but nobody answers. What a complete waste of my time and money.

Do not buy from this company. Bank account debited within 5 minutes of ordering and never received a legit email confirmation. If you try to communicate, you are pointed toward many different email addresses. Nothing looks or seems legit. They even have fake “track your order” bullcrap. Nothing ever received, it’s been a month. I’m trying to obtain credit thru my bank. I should have known better. Never again - $90 down the tube.

The ad was tagged onto a misleading “consumer report” (not the real one) with “good” reviews (false). The product, a hand vacuum) was much smaller than I thought. After several emails requesting return, they responded with offers for 20%, later 30% credit. Return required a restock fee plus shipping at my expense. In addition, I paid S&H and tax to get it. To return it, my cost was ~$38. They would not negotiate, and communication was rote. Never buy from HomePro!!

Can someone explain why this is showing up as GOGOGadgets on my payment statement - Of which there are horrendous reviews. I have not received an order number for my order. Homepro hand-held vacuum £89.00.I have left a message with a zen desk bot, as yet I have heard nothing , is this a scam?

The people in the hardware department have no idea about the products they sell. This is the men. The women try very hard to help everyone. Home Pro is a last resort that will raise your blood pressure. Avoid it!

All I got is say, is do not go with this company. You are locked in for 5 years and the buy out is ridiculously high. They can have poor customer service because people are trapped with them. I would never have signed if I would have known it would be over $2000 to cancel. I was told there would be a reasonable fee. I guess reasonable for the Homepro.

I understand that people retire in James Keane who was absolutely brilliant but the new person to take over is terribly poor. Not only does this person not email me when he says he will when I challenge his professionalism on it he trys to talk over me then hangs up. How can you go from a Rolls Royce to a Nova. Shame on Homepro
