Slow despatch, slow delivery, criticism ignored
I am very disappointed that, although my order confirmation specified a 24/48 hour delivery service, it did not mention that they would not despatch the item for 48 hours to begin with. When I emailed them to ask where my order was, they ignored this criticism completely. They may not have known when I ordered that Royal Mail were experiencing 'extended delays throughout their network, this means the scans at each check point are not being updated in their system', but on the day they emailed me with this information, their website was still promising 24/48 hour delivery. Another review mentioned they only despatch Royal Mail items on a Saturday, and advised prospective customers to pay extra for next day delivery. Unfortunately after waiting 10 days for my order that I expected within 2 days, I will not be using this company again.
