Great communication.. answered my WhatsApp straight away. My bag (Celine Triomph) arrived quickly and it is in mint condition, like new. I paid a reasonable price and will definitely check them out in the future when I want to buy a new bag for my collection.

Brilliant communication and responsiveness, even where I had made an error with the delivery date it was no problem and quickly solved. The bag itself was well packaged and was per the pictures on the website however, I had requested some additional pictures before purchase which were detailed and provided promptly, this was hugely helpful enabling me to make a quick decision on whether the bag was what I was looking for. There was also a negotiation on the price, i would say a generous discount where handbag clinic didn’t need to as I’ve no doubt the bag would have sold at the price advertised. All in all a brilliant service. First time customer and very happy. Only problem now - resisting temptation!

Great service and communication. I asked for more pictures of a LV bag and they promptly arrived. I was happy with the bag which looked in perfect condition and it was exactly as described. My partner was very happy with her present. The bad was packaged well and protected. The only slight issue is that the LV box has a tiny bit of damage, which would have been nice to know in advance. I am still giving 5 stars as bag is lovely, price was great and service via WhatsApp was excellent. Thanks

Emre at the Handbag Clinic in Selfridges was extremely helpful in helping us find the right bag today! He clearly had a lot of knowledge and was able to tailor our search based on the information we gave him. He also made us aware of all the extra services available with regards to handbags. It was a very busy boxing day and we did not feel rushed and he took his time with us. Would definitely recommend him at the clinic.

The product and speed of delivery was excellent but the charges UPS put charges that more than doubled the price Might be better to use a different courier or DPD for EU
