We recently moved from Toronto to B.C. it was challenging looking for a good shipping company that was reputable and cost friendly. All our things were in storage for months because of covid. It was getting expensive to hold them there and we wanted our things in our new place. I found the company via google and read other reviews. I contacted them and they were very professional, kind and patient throughout the whole process. They put all our boxes on skids and wrapped them up safely with plastic wrap. They ensured that our bikes were taken care of. Delivery was quick, we got our items within a week. They were carefully dropped off at our new place. Everything was accounted for. Payment was very fair and we even got a bit of a discount than initially agreed upon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Except for a minor glitch in the pick-up of the shipment, the whole process of arranging the logistics with Sam and the actual transport and delivery was a pain free process. I would use GPNS Logistics in a minute if I every need help with shipping any goods again. Thank you.

I was totally amazed by the service I received from gpns logistics, on Saturday I contacted there office and spoke to Paul , he managed to fulfill all the shipping needs on that day even after his working hour! Such a great customer service I 100% recommend !

There are not enough stars!!! Amazing!! My package was picked up in Ottawa Canada on Monday August 24th 2020 at 4pm. The delivery date was set for the 27th here in the South of France and it arrived at 14:30 the 26th!!!!! Sam we can't thank you enough!! Highly recommended!!!!!!

We requested personal items such as old delicate photographs and a wooden bench be shipped to Kamloops from Langley BC. Your people arrived the next day and bubble wrapped all items and took them away. We were updated throughout the whole process and all items arrived safely in Kamloops the next day. As we were out of the area, we picked up our items a couple of days later. The staff were at both ends were very friendly and helpful and assisted us to load the bench in our car. We called on very short notice and received full service packaging, pickup and delivery to another city promptly. Aresh was great to work with, kept in contact, sent us photos and got our heirloom pieces delivered safely 1 day ahead of when we asked for it. Highly recommend GPNS Logistics.

Great service

With 5-star reviews I was doubting that this record was real or even possible but my experience with GPNS Logistics was actually 6-stars out of 5! Not only were they super on top of their emails and phone calls 24/7 but took care of my cargo (personal items) during a move from Toronto to a small town in Saskatchewan shrink-wrapping everything on a pallet and delivering on time despite the twists and turns on my end with regards to timing and other last-minute life obstacles. Paul "hand-held" me through the entire process and made everything really friendly, easy and professional. Both movers on pickup and delivery end were just the nicest people as well. The price was exactly as quoted and GPNS Logistics met my budget. Companies like this are very rare in this time and age - especially in Covid. I am really grateful for doing business with such a great company. Big thanks!
