Friendly staff, haste free car hire.

Easy to book, check in & Collect. Super friendly staff, enthusiastic about our trip & making suggestions where requested. Vehicle was great for the day. 2 things we were unsure about, the cars 'marks' reviewed in the office down the hill didn't match the description given in the office. Gas station said we needed to display the petrol recept to avoid a fine, jf this is true, be warned. ( don't recall reading this in T&C's?). Overall great.

Going on holiday this was so easy to book and collect. Able to choose the vehicle we wanted. It meet our needs.

Easy processing

From the day I book online to when I got off the plane and got picked up from airport by shuttle, it was all so easy and shuttle driver was so friendly and helpful and so were the friendly staff. It was so easy to check in when I got there and didn’t take long I was in my hired car. Thank you Go Rentals Auckland airport.

Excellent car hire

The service on both pickup and return was very friendly and helpful. The car itself was excellent - less than a year old, the Yaris Cross was a joy to drive. Value for money was very good. They employed a clever method of recording the condition of the car on pickup. They have a good shuttle service to and from the airport.

Great experience

Clear communication. Almost brand new car. Make and model as reserved/requested. Picking up and handing in was efficient. Someone hit our car while we were parked on a parking lot (covered by our insurance and other driver left their contact details). We could do the paperwork for that incident efficiently while handing in the car, with help of the Go Rentals team.

Everything worked

Everything worked. Great reception on pick-up, Car as expected and it ran smoothly throughout - We did over 4.000 km. Service at delivery was good, so all in all smooth and no surprises.

Great overall experience

Customer service from pick up to drop off (Auckland Airport) was exceptionally quick (5 mins max), great clean & well serviced vehicle, awesome communication regarding processes, and affordable pricing. I will definitely be recommending and using GO Rentals henceforth. Thanks again!
