After my checkout the agency doesn’t payee the full deposit for me that already I payed for them by 260£ and they transfer 165.90£, It’s remain 94£.. Where is my rest of deposit??????? This is unfair, they stole my money

Good location There are many grocery store near scape. Close to the bus stop and tube easy to go china town and soho.

The worst experience of all! They advertise wonderful rooms in a great place and extraordinary service, and what you find is that they don’t respect your reservation, they move you around between buildings like pawns, the room was filthy, smelled like sewer, the customer service non existing and when you request a refund they take ages to answer and they only say “sorry, we can’t give you any refund”. I’ve never regretted anything more in my life!
