Awesome experience, the only thing I’d report is that in the final phase in which they ask you to pay the customer service to assist could improve,( be more present and assisting in preparing the invoice to send it)

The cleanliness of the rooms definitely needs to be checked. When I first came to my room, there were hair strands on the bed.Also, my room faces the smoking area and people make a lot of noise at night. Please pay attention to this and warn people. I would like to emphasize that the cleaning issue should be emphasized again. We pay so much money but we encounter such a situation. The first day I arrived, I had to clean my room from top to bottom.

The room is very clean. Kitchen equipment is very useful. Many metro lines are within a very short walking distance. If you like walking a little, you don't even need to use the metro, you are within walking distance to the most important places of the city.
