When placing the order
When placing the order, delivery was very quick. Though the delivery was send to my address and not to the address that was requested on the order, needing to make arrangements to have this to the address as it was far from where it was delivered.

Perfect for my classroom needs with easy ordering and reliable service.
I found the product range on the webshop quite good, and I liked how it was organised. As a trainee teacher, I was able to get pens and glue sticks for the classroom, which was exactly what I needed. I also picked up some number lines on offer, which will be useful. The communication was good throughout, and I appreciated the delivery promise, which was kept. Itβs handy that individuals can order directly, making it easier to get what I needed.

IT Issues with FMS link
I am new to the school and had some teething problems with the IT yesterday. The team were so helpful and talked me through the process of updating the FMS link. Leanne offered to call me back today and check-in that the issue was resolved. And true to her word she called this morning....all resolved and orders placed. Thank you :)
