Ordered some Merrell sandals a couple of months ago. I was sent the wrong size and had to return them at my own cost. Now I have been informed that after eight weeks they haven’t been received or checked in. I’m guessing I can kiss goodbye to a refund. Appalling customer service. Would never use again or recommend.

To be honest I find it quite peculiar that you ask me for a trustpilot review when: A) I haven’t received my package and B) No answers to my inquiry about where my package is... At this moment I would rate 0 stars if I could. This was supposed to be a birthday present but if I’ll ever receive it, it will be to late for the birthday... Edit: Finally arrived 10 days after eta. Pretty sure the package didn’t even leave their warehouse until a day after the eta (according to package label). Product is as described but the service is horrible. Bumping up to two stars since the product is fine.

Pengene er trukket da jeg fik mail om at ordren er afsendt. Jeg har sporet pakken via Bring som oplyser at de har fået meddelelse om at levere en pakke men at de endnu ikke har modtaget pakken”.

we bought sport shorts 2 weeks ago, but they are still undelivered...No reason were given and se have no information about à future delivery.
Prompt service however be mindful that their return policy states you as the customer pick up the return p&p cost and for Wellington boots this can be expensive as I just discovered. Returning a £78 pair of wellingtons cost £14.50
