Appalling Service!
Ordered some Merrell sandals a couple of months ago. I was sent the wrong size and had to return them at my own cost. Now I have been informed that after eight weeks they haven’t been received or checked in. I’m guessing I can kiss goodbye to a refund. Appalling customer service. Would never use again or recommend.

I was really happy to receive these…
I was really happy to receive these trainers with environmentally friendly packaging and sent from where my cousin lives (who rang me as I was opening the box! "I've just had a box from Kettering" says me exited on the phone!!) Great to have bought from a UK company! The trainers are lovely, I knew they would fit as I'm always that size in Sketchers, so as I can't buy them locally, this was a great option for me! Thank you

Absolutely excellent! Bought Salomon boots which were a fraction of the price compared to everywhere else! Got free next day delivery because I ordered before 9pm and spent over 100 pounds. They arrived the next morning! So impressed!

Nog steeds niets ontvangen, geen contact kunnen opnemen omdat de telefoonlijnen altijd buiten gebruik zijn, e-mail versturen lukt niet omdat er geen email adressen aanwezig zijn op de site. Kortom erg slecht bedrijf en niet te vertrouwen. Waar je wel op kan vertrouwen is dat je je geld kwijt bent en naar je spullen kan fluiten.
