I visited FEI with my parents yesterday. We needed to get my elderly Dad a fitness bike. The level of care and kindness shown to us by Ciara was unreal. We were made to feel so welcome, and her advice on the bike we were purchasing was second to none. We had a lovely time, despite not being high-spending, highly athletic customers. My dad is so happy with his bike and the returns policy was also great in case it wasn't suitable. Thanks for making our purchase a great experience.

Very fast delivery , only downside I never received email to say it was being delivered, only delivery man came to door, I happened to be home.

Company resolved the delivery issue , which was caused by Fastway couriers going out of business, which was completely out of their control. Now going to collect the order and the company immediately refunded the delivery charge, thank you
