I was waiting on a back order from fashion eyewear and they gave me a date on when they were coming, that date eventually came up and I was so excited to see my new frames and when I contacted them they informed me that the frames I was waiting for was held up in. Customs so they instantly worked out another way I could get them and I jumped at it, I now have my frames and they are looking so cool can’t wait to put my prescription glass into them, so I couldn’t recommend fashion eyewear enough for their quick reply in sorting out the problem great team work I really appreciate everything they did and now I’m recommending them to all the people who commented on the channel glasses I love them 😍
bad experience. I contacted you just 5 minutes after ordering to fix a product error, but you ignored my message and shipped the package. And now require me to cover return costs. This is unfair and reflects poorly on your service :( I understand your return policy. However, the issue is not whether an order can be recalled—it is that you completely ignored my message and chose to ship the wrong product anyway. This is a matter of basic customer service.
