Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Really good attention to detail

Rikardo was thorough and friendly. He cleaned our windows the best he could (We have some paint stains he could not remove and explained we need to book a deep window clean instead of a regular one to get rid of those) and also did a great job in cleaning the gutter (which was pretty bad). Thank you!
