Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Olyvia and Clover did a brilliant job cleaning our house. They were really friendly and polite, and worked quickly and efficiently to get it gleaming, with great attention to detail (pulling out sofas to hoover hehind them, and doing internal glass and skirting for example). I will certainly be booking fantastic cleaners again the next time my regular cleaner is away. Thank you!
