Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

Tsvetana and Plamen arrived on time with all necessary cleaning equipment and proceeded to do a really great job … very thorough, did everything that was required and were very nice to deal with. Thank you .

The job was perfect and the team was so friendly and nice, oven is looking brand new. I would give 5 for the service but unfortunately they arrived around 7 PM (booked for 12-4PM). Will definitely book again but will make sure to clear my day just in case!
