Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Punctual, weeded, cut & edged lawn, removed dead ivy & jet washed decking & paths. The jet wash nozzle broke & he had to came back to finish. Came back when he said the next day & completed the job.

My plumber turned up on time and immediately identified the problem and solution. Very polite, friendly and professional service. Also offered advice for possible future improvements to the plumbing set-up in my kitchen. Would be happy to use again.

Dimitri and his assistant arrived and was very respectful of the us and the neighbours. They were very proactive and removed a few weeds that had grown on the drive and at the side of the house. They did an excellent job of mowing the lawn and weeding the garden. They were extremely professional. I hope to have this team back in a few weeks.
