Very good and helpful.

I was very happy with the product and price. The items were sold as a package so I assumed they were compatible, but I had to have a ski shop replace the brakes that were included with the bindings because they were too narrow to fit around the skis.

Company honors price adjustments, easy to contact and communicate

Very good customer service, with the pre-knowledge of being very direct in obtaining assistance. I knocked rating down one point, as a particular ski boot I was interested in could not be located even though store inventory showed 16 were available.

Came so fast and such a great price! Love my new board and bindings, cant wait to ride down the mountain wearing my new gear!

EVO has become my new go-to for snowboard equipment! Not only do they have all the best brands , they have awesome prices too. Shipping is always on time especially when I'm East coast n they are West coast. Another great aspect is the financing options where you can make payments with zero down (obviously after qualifying) I LOVE EVO

There was a small bit of confusion with the shipping. Customer Service was more than helpful. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue and communicated what was happening with me even after our phone call.

It is rare to see the elevated level of customer service that Evo has. And I love the fact that we have a full year to return an item, providing the tags are still on. I did not know there was a retail store and a maintenance shop for Evo. I parked in front of the maintenance shop and went iin. A friendly employee told me where the retail store is and offered to walk me there via a shortcut Then another employee walked me back because it was difficult to see. This retail store has always had great customer service on its products but this personal level of help put it over the top for me. Shelley

Cant compete with other online companies - price saving not worth it -shipping taking over a week - payment went through fast - first time use and probably most likely the last time i use them
