We have used East Midlands Property Management Limited for many years in being the Agent for our Rented Properties. We have always found them to be extremely helpful and courteous. As a Landlord, it is nice to now there are Companies out there you can trust and rely on. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other Landlords.

I have rented a property through EMPM Grantham for 10 years and the experience has been brilliant. The team are great - professional, friendly and responsive. Any questions or concerns were dealt with rapidly; any work needing doing just happened. A shame they don't cover the area I am moving to!

Been renting for a year and have zero problems with the letting agency. Staff are really approachable and go out there way to help any query i have had. I will continue using them and the rent is extremely reasonable also.
