Issue with repeat courses in package
At least for Pennsylvania, you should be careful offering the same courses in the package for the next CE cycle. At first I thought that it was okay to retake two of the courses that I had taken the last time, but the renewal application basically asks for courses taken since August 2020 that you have not submitted previously for credit. As a result, I had to sign up and pay for another Code of Ethics course from another company, just to be on the safe side. I think you should offer different courses in the package for each CE cycle. Otherwise your courses are very informative and well-organized.

Great Experience
I actually enjoyed the courses and loved that I could go at my own pace. The information was concise and informative and the units weren't terribly long, but just enough to cover the topic and still be interesting. The tests contained a mix of questions of fill in the blank and multiple choice and the questions were directly related to what was taught in the unit and your score provided immediately. I also liked that a summary/review was provided at the end of each unit/before each test/quiz and the tests were not long and drawn out.

This course was very informative, The only downside was it took me over 5 hours and the test at the end of each section along with the 20 question final was not fun. So if you want to just mess around and learn nothing Empire Learning is not for you.
