Fantastic experience from start to finish. Had Darcey out who went through styles and prices with us. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the windows. Was no hard sell like other companies we had out. Which made us feel at so much ease that we decided to go ahead. The lads who fitted the windows done a smashing job. They also cleaned up very well. Would highly recommend Dx! Will be in touch very soon in regards to getting my kitchen done. Thanks again guys.
Outstanding Service and Stunning New Windows
We recently had six windows installed by DX Home Improvements, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish. Special thanks to Darcey, our sales rep who was incredibly knowledgeable about everything to do with windows. She took the time to explain our options without any pressure to buy, which really put us at ease. Once we decided to go ahead, she stayed in regular contact to make sure we were happy at every stage. She even followed up after the installation to check everything was perfect. That level of care and professionalism made a big difference. The installation itself was quick and smooth. The team did a brilliant job. They laid down dust sheets, tidied up after themselves, and took all the waste away. The windows look absolutely stunning and have completely transformed the house. After the work was done, the company got in touch to ensure we were satisfied. We pointed out a couple of very small imperfections, and they were quick to assure us these would be sorted ASAP. Overall, we’re incredibly impressed and will definitely be using DX Home Improvements again for future work. Highly recommended!

Hi had my windows 3 windows 2 large a d one composite door fitted today the team where excellent. Work men came on time very professional and to high standard cleaned any mess and I am.more than pleased with the standard of my door and windows .really great job would recommend 👌.

I got 3 quotes and this was the best by far . What an amazing company from start to finish , I got new windows and new doors and what an exceptional company . At the end you would not even know I had work done and the aftercare team were first class , totally recommend to a very high standard.

Was a bit hesitant to change my old…
Was a bit hesitant to change my old windows and door, as was trying to save money + kept defering it for the following year. However after the job was complete I don't regret it not one bit. Quite thankful the salesman did his part in convincing me to go ahead with it as it was good value for money. I thanked him after. The job is high quality, great finish as well, you wont regret it.
