Useless app and unreliable service

I have had this app for many months and it never found me a single driving test date. At some point they even deactivated my account, and I had to contact them twice to get it reactivated because they failed the first time. Customer service is completely ignoring my emails and calls. I have asked for a refund since they haven’t delivered what they promised, but no response at all. This app has been a total waste of money and time. It doesn’t work and the company is not reliable. Avoid it.

BEST WAY TO FIND EARLER TEST DATE. Reliable & Efficient!!

This is by far the BEST test cancellation platform that I have ever used. It’s way better than the other popular ones and the entire process of booking a new date is super smooth. The cost is also lower than other platforms. I cannot say more praise for the site. Highly recommend!!!! No more hourly checking on the DVSA site!!

Cut waiting time by 4 months

Managed to cut the waiting time by 4 months. The app is pretty easy to use and manage, and you can set parameters for your availability. Notification of a new date was easy and the change was done automatically without any hassle. All in all a great service.

So far I can't fault

So far I can't fault. This website saved me 71 days waiting for my next test. I have only just had confirmation of the change but providing no issues nearer the time then I am very haopy with the experience and would recommend to anyone/everyone struggling to get a test

Absolute waste of money

Completely pointless and a waste of money. I managed to find 3 cancellations myself by looking on the DVSA website, yet this service gave me nothing...if they're searching for cancellations every 5 minutes, like they claim they are, how did I manage to find so many cancellations, but they didn't? Bare in mind I only booked three cancellations, but also found plenty of others that I was unable to do. So I found 3+ cancellations by myself just looking on DVSA and this service found none at all. Now that I've passed my test I requested a refund because the service didn't even provide anything for me, and they told me I'm not eligible for a refund because I booked a cancellation by myself. So they expected me to just sit and wait for them to find a cancellation without trying other methods? Good job I didnt because they found me nothing at all. Absolute joke, do not waste your money on it.

Great and annoying site!

This site is very good for being able to keep up to date with any cancellations that come before your test. The most infuriating thing about the site is that if you don't accept a test they offer you, they pause your account, every single time!!! Very annoying when not all days are suitable. On 3 occasions I also accepted a test and then a message would come through saying I wasn't able to have it for reasons out with their control so it did at one point feel like 'what the hell am I paying for' BUT I did manage to get a cancellation 100days earlier than my test and I passed first time, so thank you for being able to do that for me!

Bought this app and it did not alert me…

Bought this app and it did not alert me at all about test dates!!! Yet another app I had did. They said I couldn’t get a refund because I used another app to change my test. Yes… because yours didn’t work? It’s absolutely awful and wouldn’t recommend paying nearly 20 pound for it! 😂 everyone should use Testi instead as it’s half the price and dates come through constantly!!
