You did not ship the 100 each 1" strut straps, but I paid for them. I sent you an emessage saying they were not in the shipment, but did not get any response.

The order should have gone out in three days it took two weeks. i had to send e mails asking where is my order and phone calls. Also was charged shipping $400 was able to have that removed because of the size of the order it said free shipping. Too much work to get this order done. Chris Nelson

Only received 2 of my items out of order of 14. I spent 860.92 with them and they shipped 180.00 to me. I have called and left multiple messages, I have emailed multiple times and have received no response for several days. I cannot get anyone to let me know when OR IF they will ship the rest of my order. Terrible customer service, DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT STRUT.

Wrong product shipped to us, even though we ordered the correct part. Asked for an RMA with prepaid return label. Return label was never provided.

Good pricing but only half my order showed up and no tracking or any type of response. Reached out by phone and email multiple times and no response there either. At this point the terrible customer service and lack of material that was charged outweighs the pricing.

there is no inventory availability, no real tracking info, so it's a mystery whether or not the order was shipped, then it showed up over a two or three day period and was short some of the hardware so we had to purchase what we needed locally to finish there is no follow up to what is still not delivered and really no obvious way to check on it or get a refund for the undelivered balance

Super affordable, major lack of communication and inability to make contact with the company ( they're customer service is great if you can get ahold of them) make it challenging on when to expect equipment. Be sure to order two to three weeks ahead of needing them.
