No notification, too early.
Was waiting for notification of my delivery the night before, nothing. Got up early in case they came by 8 o'clock. Arrived without warning 7.30 am. I had to unload in my dressing gown, in the cold. Very poor communication. Won't get delivery from them again. In view of your response I must add; This may be your policy however it's not good enough in this day and age. Other companies are much more efficient and you may want to reconsider your policy, as people expect to be notified, as with others that do eg Wickes and B&Q etc. You need to keep up to date, expecially with deliveries before sociable hours. Still shan't be using your delivery service again.

Great service. I’ve only used Coomers a few times. This was the first time I ordered a delivery. Timber was great, straight and good quality. Free delivery for the amount I ordered, which means you’re only paying for the stuff. Very friendly staff (including the driver). Ordered late Friday, and delivered Tuesday. Very happy.
