Coomers - Going above & beyond...
We've used Coomers for a number of years and have always found the service exceptional. From timber to building supplies they have always assisted and gone that extra mile. Our latest project was a complete bathroom refurbishment - Having done our research and visited various 'bathroom specialists' we were not surprised to find that Coomers were able to offer everything that we needed. From assisting with the design, supplying various 3D drawings, refining the scope and specifications and most importantly delivering all the component parts. Yes there were a few problems with the manufacturers availability but Coomers had it all in-hand and under control - A truly professional service! Special mention to Simon C (Alton branch) for going above & beyond to meet our expectations. Many thanks. Russell & Sue

Great customer service
Very easy online ordering. Order was processed and delivery date confirmed within minutes by local shop staff. Delivery driver was friendly and unloaded everything very quickly and carefully. My home has awkward access and yet the driver was happy to put the items where I needed them, despite the many back and forth trips that required. Couldn't be happier.

Delivery was a day late but more…
Delivery was a day late but more annoyingly, Coomers did not advise of any delivery issue until I complained late in the afternoon. Delivery did arrive intact next day. I accept delivery schedules can go wrong but failing to advise the client is simply poor client care.
