Delivery expectations
I knew I couldn't pick up the sheets of ply in my car so was happy to pay the delivery charge. Expecting a delay on delivery of 3 to 5 days I was pleasantly surprised when email came back quickly stating delivery for following day. And sure enough a van turned up well before lunchtime and delivery accomplished.

Easy to order and delivery was well organised and friendly. Ordered decking timber. Better quality timber than Wickes, B&Q etc. for just £100 more.
