The driver never called me 1 hour…
The driver never called me 1 hour before I requested him too. He delivered the wood bare, no polythene covering, so the chip wood became damp and uneven. Hence why I need to be at the yard upon delivery to show the driver where to place the sheets out of the rain. Not happy at all with the delivery side of things at all.

Great click and collect service…
My late evening online order was ready at 8:30am. There had to be a small replacement item and I received a phone call to check that I was ok with the substitution. The staff were welcoming and efficient and I left 5 minutes later with my goods- couldn’t ask for better service.
