Easy to navigate; responsive and knowledgeable atty
Easy to navigate! I found a fantastic attorney who worked to meet our incredibly tight deadline without compromising the attention to detail we needed in our contract.
ContractsCounsel is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about poor quality and customer service.
Great Company Easy To Navigate And They Treat You Great.

Very easy to use
Atty. Matt Bales made our experience great. Pleasant to work with, a combination of professionalism and friendliness, and most importantly, the timeline was on point. Thank you, Atty. Matt!
Found an amazing lawyer Sara Sass of Sass Law LLC on this site to help me with my contract negotiations. I'm so happy to have found such a website and Sara. The process was easy and I highly recommend this website/service. If you need help with contracts and negotiations, look up Sara and she will take care of your contract needs efficiently. She is highly professional, compassionate and is highly driven to ensure that you're successful. You definitely want Sara on your team if you're having contract negotiation or IP related issues.
The process was quick and easy. I got multiple bids from lawyers who described how their experience was relevant to my case and laid out what would be included in the fee.
The platform put me in touch with so many leads for capable and fit for purpose legal support that I was looking for, that I could not get hold of myself by simply calling several law offices and getting my project too overly complicated. This process through Contracts Counsel simplified my search and I got exactly what I was looking for.
Great to work with, answered all my questions… even the ones I didn’t know to ask
Fast, professional review and advice to make sure the contract is optimized for various scenarios.
Number one was all inclusive price. This is the first time I have engaged the services of an online lawyer. To be honest I have had a few bad experience with local lawyers here in Corpus. I was also impressed with paying 1/2 up front and balance when completed, this in itself made me feel more secure that this was the real deal. George answered my questions and called to discuss my project to make sure we were both on the same page. My anxiety was causing my blood pressure to rise, but once George assured me he was going to make things right, I felt relieved. I am planning to make ContractsCounsel my go to for all of my legal needs and promise to never try and do a lawyers job again!
One of the attorneys on there tried to charge me more offline to do the work he bid for. He also tried to get me to pay via Venmo rather than use the platform. I won't try this company again based on this unethical behavior.
1. I have found the ROI on this site to be very, very low for an attorney. I have proposed on dozens of projects but had very few accepted even though my fees were very reasonable and experience is highly relevant. 2. Then when a project was accepted by a client and I performed the consultative work exactly as described in my offer, the client reported my offer to Contracts Counsel and they, in turn, suspended me for six months from using the site. Apparently, I did not understand that Contracts Counsel's Terms of Use demand continuous fee sharing between the lawyers using the site, and Contracts Counsel's non-lawyer platform. I believed and still believe, they are entitled to take a fee only for generating a lead for the attorney, and not for ongoing legal fees. I am looking into this issue more closely to be fair to Contracts Counsel, and more importantly, the public users seeking legal counsel. The site as it is presently set up fails to deliver a viable option for attorneys pursuing project leads. I do not get a sense that the management team of Contracts Counsel has the comprehensive understanding fee sharing with lawyers their service warrants.
We hired attorney, paid, sent him text messages- and did not get any response from him . we are limited in time and not getting anything, makes me worry that this thing is organized fraud
Quick, easy, straight forward.
So far the bidding and talent has been impressive! We just hired someone so let’s see the outcome.
Quick response and attorney seemingly understanding and working on solution.
My experience with Contract Counsel, a legal service connecting clients with qualified attorneys, has been overwhelmingly positive. Throughout the five and more projects requiring legal assistance, I've interacted with various attorneys within their network, and I would specifically like to highlight the valuable guidance and expertise provided by Ray Allen, the founder. The process of finding the right lawyer for each project was efficient and seamless. Contract Counsel's website, contractcounsel.com, offers a user-friendly platform to navigate legal needs, connect with relevant attorneys, and access informative resources. The attorneys I worked with were knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to address my questions and concerns. Overall, initial consultations to project completion, the experience was consistently professional, efficient, and stress-free, I highly recommend Contract Counsel and its website, contractcounsel.com, to anyone seeking legal assistance.
This service was great. I quickly found an attorney at a fair price to review a contractor agreement. The process was quick and easy to select and connect with an attorney willing to do the work. He was fast and thorough. All around great experience.
Process was very smooth. I created an account, followed the instructions to enter my project details, and within the hour had six or seven bids. I ended up choosing the lawyer whose initial message best demonstrated that they understood my needs. I liked the bids overview page, since I could get a quick view of the range of prices that had been bid, and clicking jump to a specific bid to read the details. And the lawyer profile pages are also full of useful information that is easy to find, without being cluttered. I knocked one star off because the website does not appear to support any form of two-factor authentication. For a service focused on contract review, it's important to protect the sensitive information that is being uploaded to the site. 2FA would go a long way to making me feel like my account is secure.
Excellent and got quick response.. Ty for help ..
The process went smoothly with little effort on my part.
