The attorney I had was, lets do this quick and fast. She drafted me a contract from a example contract that I submitted to her. She drafted a contract I looked it over and noted to her that there needed to be some changes. She changed two items and refused to change others. Her work was done in to days in closing the project that she call it. I needed her work to be looked over by my title company to make sure the contract in line with there guidelines. If I had known that she had a cut off date and time I would have never use this plate form for my business. In my future endeavors, I will look for a attorney for present and future person to person connection better out come for my business.
