From my initial interaction with Alan, I knew this was going to be a huge help. So grateful for this experience to learn and grow.

Easy, Communicative - customer service answered all questions and now that I'm in program - has proven to be true everything of what was told to me.

I called this company the lady on the phone asked me couple questions it was like 2 or 3 minutes then she goes l call you back never called back and she was kind of rude as well don't contact this company

I returned a call from someone at Consolidated Credit who contacted me this evening and left a message for me to call back at 888-355-1037. When I called back I got a recorded message saying that “my counselor” was not available, so I was told to press 2 for another counselor. I did so but the person who answered told me that they were not the person who was my counselor and they didn’t have time to speak with me at this time, 7:13 PM on Thursday, Juneteenth. After I hung up the call I found that I had received an email from someone named Carey (?) who asked me to call back at 844-235-4316. I called them back and the person who answered told me that “my counselor” was not available and suggested they call me back next Monday. Disappointed, I hung up the phone after I told him, thank you but I won’t be available next Monday. I have no idea how this company got such a favorable Trust Pilot rating. I could not rate them at all because they weren’t available to help me. Don’t waste your time completing their online review because more than likely you will be wasting your time. This review will likely be refuted. If it is I will write another one until it is accepted and posted.

When I joined Consolidated Credit I was in debt to the point I didn't think that I would ever get on track. Consolidated Credit has been my "saving grace". Most of my creditors have been paid up and I am so thankful for all the help Consolidated Credit has done for me in the past two years. Thank you so very much.

Great, honest company. I have working with them for a while. I ruined my credit twice and this company has helped me fix it by consolidating my cards.

The initial contact with Consolidated Credit was great. I advised of the three outstanding bills that were to be consolidated. This took place January 2025. Only two of the three debtors got back to Consolidated Credit. They prepared the plan and advised me of the payments, without hearing back from the third company. Consolidated Credit did not follow up with the third and final company, fortunately I did this myself, at which time I was advised that they were not participating in the program instead they were suing me. I call CC in March of 2025, at that time the rep reached out to the third company and were advised the same as myself. They completely failed me and put me in a worse position. I no longer wish to use the services of CC and have requested that they cancel my contact with them as a matter of urgency and refrain from taking funds out of my account. I would not recommend them.

I had an ease access to check on my account and see how am i doing towards the road to being debt free. that's peace of mind, really.
