I purchased 4 Gildan long sleeve t-shirts from a Walmart marketplace seller by the name of Clothing Shop Online, LLC. The shirts were not the correct size so I went to my local Walmart's to return them. I received all 4 shirts in one package and had repacked them in the same envelope in which I received them. At the store, I was told I had to return each shirt individually pursuant to the Seller's policies. I purchased envelopes from Walmart and repackaged the shirts individually. I was given a receipt and told I would receive a refund once the items were delivered to the Seller. It was not until I got home that I noticed I was being charged $5.00 for shipping fees for EACH shirt. That totaled $20.00 for shipping. I only paid $28.00 for the shirts so my refund was going to be a grand total of $8.00!!!!! No one told me at any time I would be charged anything for returning non-conforming goods, let alone outrageous fees to return the items. If I had been told, I would not have agreed to it. I would have donated the shirts to Good Will instead of bowing to the ridiculous demands of the Seller. Upon contacting Seller they refused to do anything to correct the situation. Seller has always maintained that the problem was with Walmart. Walmart has assured me they were only complying with Seller's policies. Walmart's policy is not to charge ANY return shipping fees!!!

The quality is very good and the product arrived on time. I did order one polo shirt in the wrong color and the material was not exactly what I wanted but that was my fault; I am still keeping it. I will be ordering more items from you in the near future and I highly recommend your company for purchasing clothing online.

I found this site after placing an order on amazon. When I got my items the receipt included an invitation to visit this site directly. I found the prices unbeatable, and delivery of my orders - three so far- has been quick, accurate and thoroughly complete. The ordering website also is well designed and makes both initial selection and editing options in the cart so easy. The free shipping after purchase of $49 worth and opportunities to save even more with custom passwords just nails it. I am a very happy customer and I will be ordering again!!
