I’m giving Clothing Shop Online zero stars for customer service. It’s terrible. They do not stand behind there clothing items. I received a very dirty Comfort Colors crew sweatshirt. I immediately emailed customer service. I tried washing it off. They were not answering calls and did not answer my email for 3 days. I did try and wash the item because my customer needed the shirt. The stains did not come out. Even though I contacted them with pictures within an hour of delivery they will not replace the item. Do not order from them.

This was my first time shopping with this company. At first I was a little skeptical about making a purchase because of the low prices I thought the clothes would be a poor quality. My first order was only two items because I wanted to see how they would look. My order came sooner than expected and to my surprise the clothes was of great quality. The clothes are true to size.
