Ordered a few Pokemon products and board games, everything arrived really quickly. Overall happy with the service I received, but some of the loose packs of cards were sent in a carboard envelope, which I was a bit nervous about. Still given four stars as packs were OK, but I can see they were thrown about quite a bit, so a little surprised they arrived in one piece. Would still use them for future orders as they give good customer service, so pretty confident they would have sorted it out for me if there had been an issue.

I got a notification via email to order the Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Box. First time ordering through Chaos Cards. It’s so hard to order anything Pokémon at the moment due to scalpers and bots. Definitely ruining it for kids and us adults who have grown up with Pokemon. 95 baby here! Thank you Chaos Cards for guaranteeing stock for my order!

I ordered 6 booster packs of the new set pokemon journey together and they are all bend because they send them on cardboard embelope not properly placed and warped. Just thrown in woth no protection. It has damage some of the cards 1st pack open the hit is bend problably not able to get tje aim psa10. I have pictures of the bend cards.. A bit disappointed..

Used to love this company but has been going down hill for years. Try to avoid it now unless theres something I really need and cant find elsewhere. From sending out damaged good, too poor packaging, thin boxes and prices are steep to for most things but the one thing that really stops me wanting to ever by from is the disgusting attitude from the customer service guy. Completely unacceptable. AVOID!!!

Chaos Cards have been very fair with the new releases. Offering them to people randomly that are subscribed and limiting purchases. I have thankfully been able to get some sought after sets. Hoping I can get some Destined Rivals soon!

I wouldn’t usually go out of my way to write a review, but wanted to mention that during this current situation and the madness that surrounds the Pokemon hobby, Chaos Cards has stood up and stood out. A great lottery system for pre-orders (something not even the Pokemon center do) and MSRP prices on new sets and not those cheeky increases we have seen on other companies. I don’t think this will go unnoticed, even when this current mania dies down. Deliveries are on time and well packed. Thank you

great item was well packaged and very good price considering the other websites were inaccurate, I'd highly suggest checking out their Funko and other bits as it was delivered faster than expected

Ordered 2 prismatic evolution booster packs from here. 48 hour standard tracked delivery and came on time and in perfect condition with up to date and easy tracking details. Inspected the packs beforehand, I’m no expert but the crimps were fine, back flap was sealed down correctly and no signs of tampering just to reassure anyone who is concerned following some previous reviews I also saw. Even though I did not weigh them, The packs did feel heavier than normal too which is nice. No hits other than an EX and normal holo umbreon (right pokemon but not the right card lol) sadly but that is just the nature of things sometimes so no complaints and will be ordering again. Just my opinion overall but I would encourage others to order from here and hope this review helps you if you are on the fence. Thank you chaos cards and I look forward to ordering again soon

I've always had nothing but good experiences with Chaos Cards anyway - their prices are good, the shipping is quick and the points system is fantastic. But they have been the ONLY place to be seemingly controlling/doing something about the madness of the Prismatic Evolutions problem - I was thrilled to be invited and able to calmly purchase a PE ETB - I'm so happy I could get the promo and finally open some packs for my collection. Thank you Chaos Cards!

The best card shop in the UK. Love buying from them, the website is easy to use, they keep the new releases easy to follow, and their reward scheme is good.

These guys might be the only big card seller online that still has some class and integrity. The way they rolled out their prismatic Evolutions etbs was fair and they could have easily charged more than £60 and sold out but they value their loyal customers more than a few quid profit. I will always recommend chaos cards highly as long as they continue with their great business practices that the other big sellers like total cards and magic madhouse have abandoned!
