I've used chaos cards a lot now, and they always provide good prices and quality service. When two binders arrived damaged, they were more than happy enough to send two more as replacements, despite stock being hard to come by. A big thanks to Andy for sorting that out for me

We ordered a Lego set, cheaper than RRP which is always a bonus, and really quick delivery.

I ordered some pokemon TCG cards online to fill in the missing puzzle of the card set I owned. The price is really decent and the delivery was fast. They delivered the wrong energy cards to me, however, I quickly emailed them about this and they sent me the correct energy card swiftly.

bought 20 packs of prismatic evolution, not a single secret art, packs felt like they had been tampered with.

Don't buy from them if you are outside of the UK. I got hit with a whopping additional customs charge on my delivery that I had to pay in order to get my items released. I am sure they are fine if you are in the UK as otherwise my experience was fine.

Top level customer service who have seen to my needs multiple times now. I'm a very picky sealed collector and only after mint condition Pokémon products and chaos cards have made sure the items I've gotten are minty. I've purchased from them many times and will do so again in the future. These guys are a trusted source for TCG products.

I ordered from them and everything went well. They have good prices on some products, definitely worth checking out. The only downside is that after your purchase, they send a ton of emails!!! So don’t forget to unsubscribe if you want to avoid the spam!

One of my favourite places to buy TCG from, a great selection of singles & well priced too!

Ordered a card and came bent was told to put a heavy book on a 40 pound card , gave them the shadow of the doubt ordered a second card same price , came the same bent . No top loader to protect card just abit of cardboard . Poor service

Chaos Cards offer really good prices for good products which are sent quickly. Unfortunately the website itself is almost unusable - every couple of minutes Cloudfare has to verify if I'm human before I can continue; this happens approximately every third page I click on, and if I spend too much time on a single page, the site crashes until I close the page and reload Chaos Cards, at which point they have to verify if I'm human again. A real shame as this is a relatively recent development. Perhaps it is only me that is effected by this though.

Chaos Cards have the most amazing choice of cards and accessories, there are items in this shop that you cannot find anywhere else. The items were dispatched very quickly, they were carefully packed and arrived in a perfect condition. I totally recommend Chaos Cards, they offer a brilliant service.

Bought 2 packs, didn't pull a single holo, feels like they pre sorted them or something,, never buying loose packs from here again

Had multiple large orders and never had a single problem, very happy with the service.

Ordered 20 single packs and got 0 holos, mustve weighed them never ordering singles from this place. Also they just throw your single packs in a box and ship it 0 bubble wrap the cheap bastards.

Had a few orders with them and things were fine until I left bad review coz one took forever to turn up,,
