Great trip
Top class from start to finish. Headed away with my son to a game and we had a great time. Meet and great was great. Comfortable bus with bathroom and when we arrived at the stadium we had a great experience.

Great Experience
We loved our trip with Champions Travel. Joe was very accommodating, knowledgable and friendly to us. It was easy to relax as the itinerary was planned out for us, and we had a great time and will definitely re-book! Pricing was very good too, hotel that was included was in a great area. The kit room/100 club lounge was a great experience to be included in the package

Broken promises
The order process was relatively easy and the website had some good info. Tickets were emailed on time. However, we were deceived. The information received specifically invited us to come early, 2.5 hours early, and inclusive beer, wine, and soft drinks. That was not the experience. Food did not arrive till 30 minutes before the match. No appetizers. There was only a few beers, a few Pepsis, 2 Diet Pepsi, and one large bottle of water for everyone to share for the entire time. We had to go to buy our own. That’s unacceptable. No one greeted us. We did not have access to the restaurant even though we were led to believe we were. I would not trust the executive premier experience.

Amazing Chelsea adventure
We had an amazing trip and time at the Chelsea match. I highly recommend Champions and we would easily book with them again. The only improvement I recommend is improved communication with more guidance on, times, locations, and general logistics. We had to figure a lot of things out by trial and error and missed our mini tour because the time was not clear. Staff at the stadium were all over the top kind and helpful, which kept us on track for everything else.
