I am incredibly & completely satisfied with my recent experience with EMP. My order was complex, consisting of almost a hundred different TYPES of items. After speaking with EMP with concerns over shipping time, I was never anxious that my order wouldn't arrive on time. Order arrived early! It took a couple of hours with some help to unpack and inventory, and I'm happy to report that the order was 100% accurate. I cannot express how well I was treated, and how fast my order got to me. You guys ROCK!

Super fast!
Our police department used our last set of AED electrode pads and could not get them from our local supplier. EMP had exactly what we needed and shipped it the same day. To top it off, they made it very easy to use our tax exempt status. We received our pads the very next day!
