First time used the company, outcome highly satisfactory. Sales staff cheerful with friendly manner on the phone, knowledgeable and efficient. Very considerate when I modified my order. Goods delivered as per order and on time. Decent price too. Overall, couldn't have asked for more.

94.86 charge and no materials supplied
I've made 2 purchases with them in the same month , same site delivery and same sort of materials. First delivery all good Second delivery wasn't , customer service sent out a different lorry who couldn't get in the loading bay cause height restriction. Well I asked to send out the first driver who knew everything about the site access. Bottom line, they said the materials won't be delivered anymore but they charged me 94.86 . Instead admit they were wrong,They decided to lose a customer who spend 5000 monthly for materials.
