I do not understand why is online available the product wich actually they do not have it? It is a bad marketing strategy. I am really disappointed.

Easy to use online and by phone
The website was easy to navigate and my first order arrived as promised. I needed some extra material and although my account manager wasn’t available I was given good advice and ordered some other materials to reduce the delivery charges.
