Great company to deal with.
Great company to deal with both on the web and over the phone as they have real people to speak to. I was updated on deliveries so one less headache, special thanks to Pam in sales for her help.

Delivery of materials
I received a text to confirm delivery on 5th sept between 8am & 12pm to say someone needs to sign for delivery & assist ??? Β£80 delivery & they want me to assist !!!. Took the morning off work and Iβm self employed and no delivery by 12.10pm so I phoned , spoke to a Pam who said would chase order and get back to me ! Half hour later I phoned again as no return call ! No one was sure when a delivery would show ? Still no show until 14.40hrs when items turned up π‘.. never did receive a call back in all that time .. such poor communication and lost a days money plus driver had a small crane lift so didnβt need any assist .. driver was great though and not his fault as had no time slot specified by company ..definitely wonβt order again sorry
