Good materials prices and very good…

Good materials prices and very good customer support! Wyatt organised 3 delivery vans to come on time on the same day with materials from different suppliers. Even managed to add an extra bit of insulation to the same shipment free of charge after I realized I needed it a day ahead of delivery.

A real personal service!

This seems to be one of those nothing’s-too-much-trouble companies! Ordering online was easy and then the magic happened - an actual email from a real person (thanks Wyatt!) giving me a delivery date! When I tell you that I only work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays you’ll know already that the delivery was on one of those days! I replied asking if it could possibly be Thursday, Wyatt said to leave it with him; then lo and behold it was all arranged! None of the usual ‘we’re delivering that day whether it suits you or not’ nonsense for BMN! Heartily recommended!

My experience with building materials has been great. Pam, my account manager has been fantastic. Really providing assistance and value for money where possible.
