Not a good experience
Not a good experience, Order process was easy, Payment was easy and quick. Items ordered and delivery paid for delivery (£35 + VAT) on 20th. Heard nothing from them. So after 3 days I sent an email for an approximate delivery date. Told none of product at my local delivery site, But if I paid another £50 + VAT they could source from elsewhere in the country. So glad i used a credit card and i have asked to get a refund now. Looked a great company competitive prices and an excellent window for deliveries. But alas no

Buyers Beware - do not believe what is printed
Placed order on their web site on 19th as it stated nation wide deliveries - paid for my goods upfront only to be told via an email on 21st pm -some days later that they do not cover my area (Ceredigion) and will issue a refund within the next 3 to 5 working days. They only suggested a courier after l posted the review.

Straight forward enough to order goods, however the search function on the website needs attention, it decides to tell me what I mean and then it can't find what it suggests! Frustrating that a building material website doesn't understand building material names.

Item supplied was incorrect and we are still awaiting a replacement 2 weeks after contacting sales team. Customer service very poor, we had to source an alternative part from another company so we could get the job done. Still awaiting an update which was promised on 1st February.......
