Feb 23 1877, In virtue of said act, HAS GIVEN AND GRANTED THE ENTIRE TRACT OF LAND, confirmed unto said Miguel Avila, and Shall Assign All Surface and Subsurface rights interest and title to His Heir, Frederic Avila, and his Heirs and Assigns Forever,, Settle Procurement of first Certificate of Title.
