Further to my purchase of Holland & Cooper wellies, they arrived damaged & I immediately forwarded on photos. The company went into Administration & I have been left with an expensive pair of damaged wellies that are just sat in a box.

Delivery Unacceptable
I live in the Bay Area, California, the heart of Silicon Valley. Amazon, UPS and FedEx trucks can be seen all day long. Atterley uses DHL which requires a customer signature. DHL can deliver any time from about 9 AM to 9PM. DHL expects the customer to be home possibly waiting 12 hours for their parcel. RIDICULOUS and unacceptable. Since that was impossible, I agreed to pick up the parcel at DHL's offices. Even though I live in the heart of Silicon Valley, I had to drive 100 miles return and pay a $7.00 bridge toll to pick up the parcel. I also spent an hour of my time on the phone with DHL. After emailing Atterley customer service, they did offer a $15.00 credit for my inconvenience. I picked up the package yesterday and am very pleased with the merchandise. Because of the unacceptable issues with delivery, unfortunately, I find it very hard to recommend Atterley. FedEx, UPS and Amazon have local offices to pick up packages. Atterley has to make arrangements to provide the same level of service.
