The agent was very professional.

Very bad company,very bad agents and customers service. I had a flight delayed and they didn't help me with it . They charged high amount on top of the original price from the Airline. They will encourage you to buy their insurance but very useless. Jan 19 2025 and Jan 24 2026 the time of my experience with them.

U are so disgrace to have all kinds of scam in every teun of all ur tickets, routes and services. U rili have no more souls continuingly scamming innocent people to buy ur airfare. May God be the one to punish everyone of you with ur all time very immoral doings.
