My bad experience with Arkia, still ongoing, 4 days after the flight I still didnt receive my luggage, and this comes after being struck in the Jfk Airport for 5 1/2 hours, the flight departures time was schedule for 1:45am and was delayed to 5:00am (after telling me I should be in the airport 3 hours before flight, because of a overbooked flight) and finally by 5:00 was departure, and then without notice before it made a stopover in Greece for 4 hours! and when finally I arrived to Israel after more 24 hours in travel, and then my luggage got lost I made a claim but no one to talk to! No help or apology!
