I don’t think return shipping should apply to cushions especially when the size chart is so confusing. I thought I was getting the right size but it was too small. There was no chart to determine the size of the allegro website. Allegro emailed Star company and they willing to accept a return on a non returnable item. Kudos for Star medical.

Bought two bouncy chairs to replace kitchen chairs. There was a little assembly required but not too difficult. Once together the chairs are wonderful. Absolutely love them!! Push in perfectly under table. Easy to maneuver and get up and down. The perfect height for my table. Got lucky there. Don’t think We’ll ever go back to regular chairs.
