A B Building Products offered a veryβ¦
A B Building Products offered a very good service initially by way of sending out products samples very promptly which was impressive. However, and as a result of this great response I decided to order the product with A B who informed me that these products would be delivered via a third party supplier and not from their branch stock. When I placed the order I requested a delivery date and was informed that it would be delivered in seven working days but not to include the two Easter bank holidays, which was a little disappointing considering the A B Products clearly state that all deliveries will be completed within 3-7 working days. Unfortunately, the planned delivery never materialized which annoyingly delayed site progress, but when I investigated the situation further with the A B sales department they were unable to offer any solution. I then received a direct call from A B'S third party supplier confirming the delivery and when questioned its common knowledge that they work to an area delivery schedule which A B were fully aware of but continued to process the order knowingly. The only compansation was a full refund of the delivery charges.

I still havenβt received my parcel and I payed I believe it to be an extra Β£10 for next day delivery in which I made the order on Monday Absolutely poor service
