Friendly and helpful.
Ordered my goods to be delivered realising I could pick it up. Rang them next morning and they refunded my postage straight away and kept my goods till I collected them the following week. Top marks.

Good service let down by courier
Good service badly let down by the courier. 1st order 'lost' .... how you loose 8x4 sheets of plastic is a mystery. 2nd order delayed a couple f days but got here with only superficial damage to the outer packig.
