Stay away, waste of time and money
Placed an order for a small much needed tool which was only Β£3 but paid Β£8.15 for delivery as was stuck on a customers vehicle and needed the specific tool to continue. Item failed to arrive so I emailed the company, got a reply saying they would look into it but thatβs as far as it went. Iβm now going through the process of claiming the funds back through my bank as no further help from this company. Obviously my sale was too small and insignificant for them to be concerned. Will never use again and will also make sure all my staff are aware not to place orders here in future.
