Purchesed a little set which was packaged really well and I love the covers for comb and scissors. Really nice slicker for smaller dogs. Mainly bought set for the smaller curved scissors which I've been looking for a while. Lost a star due to a different sample of shampoo delivered to what I requested. Edit extra star added due to correct shampoo being shipped.

First I had accidentally ordered two lots of shampoo which they had noticed and I got a phone call to check that it was a mistake, then I hadn’t entered the correct postcode to my new address so the delivery driver couldn’t find my house so it was again all sorted out. Their customer service is impeccable and great products too, I’m glad that I tried your products.
